Studio DNNK wanted to create light fixtures without adding a new material or none durable material to the already existing collection of Studio DNNK. 

The idea came to use rolls of wallpaper that were not good anymore to use as examples during presentations. The design of the lamp was adjusted in such a way that it will use the wallpaper rolls material as efficient as possible. 

The inside of the lamps is made from repurposed cardboard boxes. Then the lamp was created in such a way that it can fit in a A3 size cardboard packing box so it will also not be using up a lot of space while shipping. 

In the end the lamp turned out into an iconic piece and is still created by hand by Studio DNNK.
